Welcome to Squeaky’s – Digital Photo Bucket – Digital Pictures Portfolio. Coming very soon, on this photography blog, you will be able to find a wide range of digital pictures and categories for your viewing pleasure. Furthermore, this photo blog will consist of a “mixed bag niche” for content that pertains to photography and will capture a wide range of the photographers as its audience.

For the digital photo bucket online project, I will be using a Canon – Power Shot SX10 IS for my main camera. The Power Shot SX10 IS is very affordable, easy to use, very versatile, takes good pictures, and you can purchase in the neighborhood of $400.00, US funds. However, I did pick up some extra accessories, including two 4GB SD memory cards, four AA rechargeable batteries, charger and carrying case for less than $100.00, US funds.

My choice for blog software is WordPress with the NextGEN plugin for the photo gallery. The reasons are pretty simple and clear, it is free, easy to use, superior in SEO in comparison to other blogging formats. The initial setup and configuration of this blog took less than two hours and that included uploading and setting up many WordPress plugins for SEO, database backups, security, etc.
